Last Monday a few of our does went in heat, so I got a buck as soon as I could which was the very next day. Last Tuesday we got a beautiful registered buck named Abeo. He loves people (and animal crackers) and has a great personality. We rented him from a friend of ours who lives just a few minutes away from us. Then... on Saturday we got a ram! He is all fleece is a gorgeous whitish and he has white socks and two brown circles on his eyes. His name is Noah and he has been getting along great with our ewes. I am hopping that we will get some nice babies this spring on our farm. The does and ewes will be due around mid February to mid March. Except for Mimosa, she was bred in August and she is due Januruary 1st. Mimosa is also expecting triplets and abeo has carried twins and triplets in his blood line. So we could have around fifteen baby goats and lambs this summer!! It will be definitely crazy, but very fun! Thanks for reading! -Miriam S. This is sweet Abeo, and this is Noah.
