Alright...here we go... I put Daisy, Tip-It, and Eddie in with Boo (the buck stud) on November 3rd. Daisy (if she is finally bred) is due on April 4, and Mimosa went into heat early, so I put her in with the buck and she is due April 5th. I am expecting one from Daisy and triplets from Mimosa, Twins from Tip-It, and triplets from Eddie, and just one from Monet and Minnie (because this is they are First time fresheners or FF's) I just put Monet in with Boo today because she just went into heat, and I am hoping she is still in heat when I put her in the breeding pen. Here is a picture of Boo... Boo is a very sweet two year old who was a bottle baby, and he is registered. So any babies that Monet or Mimosa have can be registered through ADGA. (I apologize for the pictures...they are not very good) Let me know if you want me to add you to my waiting list! I just went yesterday and picked up the little "dude" who is going to breed all my does (except for Fancy) so I will have babies in March/April! I am very excited because the buck has good bloodlines, and is a super sweet little thing!
Yes, I keep saying little... he is smaller, but that is because this is his first time actually going out and breeding, which means he has finally hit a good maturity level. I have him in with Daisy, Eddie, and Tip-It, so they will have their babies (hopefully) first, then Monet, Mimosa, and Minnie will have theirs in the second batch. I will try and post some pictures soon! -Miriam S. |
